We're blocking off the street for our StumpTown Kilts Grand Opening Block Party Blow Out. Sat, Sept 24th - 2pm to Midnight+. Come one, Come all. It's FREE. 930 SE Taylor Portland, OR 97214. We will be offering some discounted kilts, pockets and belts. ABSINTHE cocktails and poppers. Beer provided by Two Kilts Brewery and of course PBR! (Portland Water), and a food vender. There will be a Black Rock Boutique Donation Drop off and amazing Playa / funky clothing for sale. We will also have DJ's for later on in the evening.... ElCaPiTaN (Tim Miller) and Justin Jade. We will be rounding out the entertainment with some fire performers (JPeace and The PYROMANTIC) at night and street performers (Tommy Twimble, Uni Piper, Petra Doll on Aerials and Just In Time Santini) during the day.
