FINANCIALS AND MINUTES

As a non-profit organization serving the entire community, we understand that transparency is important.

Per IRS requirements, the annual deadline for us to complete our taxes and report on all our annual activities and financials for a calendar year (from January 1 through December 31) is May 15. We will post the 990s as soon as possible after they are submitted by our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm each year.

The folder below contains all 990 filings for Precipitation Northwest since our founding in 2016, and also includes our original IRS Federal Tax Exemption Letter.

Precipitation Northwest is a 501(c)3c nonprofit, EIN 81-1469719.

In addition, the Board of Directors would like to begin providing more transparency around our meeting activity. Starting in June 2023, we have committed to publishing public-facing minutes within 90 days of a Board of Directors meeting. Currently available minutes are viewable in the folder below.
